Can I return faulty items? Is there a warranty?
Quality Control is as important to us as it is to you. Rest assured, that an experienced team of buyers with decades of experience between them are responsible for the selection of the Daring Adult Wholesale range from several suppliers in Australia, Asia, Europe & the USA. Many of the products are personally tested by our team, and poor performers are quickly identified and cut from our range. Other Quality Control procedures include that every item is visually inspected, prior to dispatch. That said even the best toys are subject to some failure rates.
All Daring Adult Wholesale orders come guaranteed with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. This means that you can buy with the confidence of 365 days guarantee! As wholesalers we can also provide replacement parts for our HiSmith Machines, and replacements of items free of charge.
Know that our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, and you are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
How do I return items
All returns MUST be accompanied by this Returns Form.
To return items to Daring Adult Wholesale, you must first fill out the attached Faulty Product Form and forward it onto firstname.lastname@example.org, and our team will be in touch shortly to discuss.

Please note: Daring Adult Wholesale cannot process returns or exchanges unless the Faulty Product Form has been filled in and returned to our office, either via email or accompanying the returned item.
When will I receive my replacement?
In the event we replace the item, we will dispatch the replacement item to you within 2 working days of receipt of the faulty item at our warehouse. However, please allow for delivery time.
Cost of delivery for returns?
As per our warranty policies above in circumstances where the item returned is faulty, return delivery to you is free!
